This is Kurenai-sensei from the series Naruto.

Yepyep, finally finished.... I wanted to do that picture ever since I started my research for my Kurenai-cosplay. Yes the cosplay was finished almost a year ago....
At this point a little hint to my cosplay-account:

I can't believe I restarted the coloring for like 4 times, and in the end I'm still not happy with the outcome. I think I added too many details like the splashes. It makes the picture too vivid
And despite taking so long the anatomy is off, too. I really need to draw more again I've been doing better fanarts in the past. But this is the best I can produce right now and I really wanted to get that picture finished.
Nah maybe I'll like it more by tomorrow morning.

Yesyes, I know I should have more faith in my art.
